Attention: Empire Plan enrollees with Dependents Eligibility Audit Response Deadline this Wednesday, November 25, 2009
NYSHIP Empire Plan participants enrolled through school districts and local governments must respond to the dependent eligibility audit no later than today, November 25, 2009 or their dependents will be deleted retroactively. Members are encouraged to carefully review the eligibility verification packet sent last August and respond immediately.
